54Clock is a private employee time clock and payroll-support tool operated for our shop. It is not a public consumer service. Only authorized people may use it.

This policy describes how we handle information when you use 54Clock (including signing in with Google and using the time clock, PTO, and admin features).

We do not sell your personal information.

Google Sign-In

54Clock uses Google OAuth only for sign-in and identity (email/profile). We do not use your Google account to read your Gmail, Drive, or other Google products unless you separately authorize something else outside this app. Google’s own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Who can access the data

Retention

We keep time and payroll-related records as long as needed for shop operations, legal, tax, or accounting purposes, or until an administrator removes or archives them according to our internal practices.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect access (including sign-in requirements and administrative controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

54Clock is intended for authorized adult employees and shop administrators. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of 54Clock after an update means you accept the revised policy.
