These Terms govern use of 54Clock, a private time clock and related payroll-support tool operated for our shop. By signing in or using 54Clock, you agree to these Terms.
54Clock is provided for authorized employees and administrators of our shop only. It is not offered as a public product to the general public. Access may be limited to approved Google accounts and active employee records.
You agree to use 54Clock only for legitimate shop timekeeping and related work purposes, including:
Falsifying time records or misusing the system may result in loss of access and any other action permitted by shop policy or law.
Some users are designated as administrators and may manage employees, settings, PTO, holidays, payroll views, reports, and related configuration. Admin actions must be for legitimate shop operations.
How we handle personal and timekeeping data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using 54Clock, you acknowledge that policy.
Sign-in uses Google OAuth. Your use of Google is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for Google’s services.
We aim to keep 54Clock available for normal shop use, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or network issues may occur.
54Clock is provided “as is” and “as available” for internal shop use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Time and pay estimates in the app are tools to assist payroll; official pay is determined by the shop’s payroll process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use 54Clock.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
